I’ve been trying to lose 10 pounds for years, I work out 6 days a week for an hour or more and about 4 weeks ago I’ve been trying not to eat anything with gluten (even though its so hard) I have not had bread for 4 weeks but some dressings on my salad are hard to not be gluten free. Any tips? I just want to lose my love handles and some weight off my thighs. I am in need.

There’s no point in working out for hours and days if you do not eat the right food. You must at least eat 3 meals a day and will be better if you could break up into 5 meals a day.

you need to have a good Diet Plan that chooses the right food to take, and with some strategy and goal setting, you can lose 2 pounds per week and maintain a healthy weight for long term.
