plz help me iim 16 and 5″7 and today i weight 10 st 1.5 lbs
i would like to get to 9 stone within 5 weeks any tips i am willing to do anythin – i have dumb bells, skipping rope, crosstrainer, sit up mat, i have a dog
i really want to lose weight as my prom is at the end of june and i would like to get a dress but eventually i want to be 8 stone does anyone have any good tips
i don’t want to diet i am going to eat healthy and nomt bad foods and ill drink water all the time but i need some good exercises to help me lose weight and tone up at the same time
also have a yoga class available at my school for 1 lunch time per week for 40 mins which im going to go on thursday from now on xx thanx in advance

Also, eat REAL food and avoid junk foods that have a long list of chemicals on the label. Stay away from Soda… expecially Diet Soda… the latest news is that diet soda increases apeteite and thus increses the weight. It may not sound true but it is.
