50 Weight Loss Tips
Any tips for improving Weight Loss?

Hiya guys,

I’ve been exercising and Dieting for a little under a month now. It’s been about a little over three weeks. I’ve lost 18 pounds, i’m about 6′0″ and 246 when I started.

I’ve completely changed my diet and went organic, I eat three meals a day which are usually nutritional, I did my research online.

I do about an hour of cardio at the gym and 20-30 minutes of weight-lifting almost every day. Upperbody one day, lowerbody the next day.

Anyway, anyone have any tips on losing weight any faster? I know i’ve lost a good amount but my goal is to lose 50 pounds.

Is there anything else I can do to help myself? I work out at night, not in the morning. People say I should do it in the morning but that’s when i’m extremely busy and I only have time to go to the gym at night.

Any tips and tricks? Please tell!

well I was a competitive bodybuilder back in the day and doing cardio in the morning before breakfast always seemed to work great. However, I think you need to realize something and that is not to be in SUCH A RUSH. Weight loss and body transformation is a lifestyle not a quick fix. I’ve been working out since I was 15 and now at 36 I am still going strong. Quick fixes never work and result in all the failures you see around you. You seem to be on your way and keep it up, but do not put such a hasty time limit on your progress. In the next couple of months you will be surprised on what great progress you will have made.
