Is my training / diet okay? Will I lose the weight you want with your combo?

Hey, I swim about 5 days a week for 90 or 120 minutes a day of pure breaststroke with some tracking shot to get my heart rate equivalent to about 80 or 100m. I eat 1250 calories a day proteins, etc (whole wheat pasta with chicken and asparagus, for example), breakfast, snack, lunch, dinner. drinking water and fluids. I take my training fire mainly just an extra hand up. I also take intelligent multivits and weight once a day What do you think? Ive been doing just a month and let me know if I am on track to lose weight. I understand that Swimmign build muscle, so I probably wont lose too much in total, but you will Lose Fat. Any advice? How many pounds should I lose a month without counting when I plateau?
