
What is a weight Loss Plan good for a man of 22 years of age?
Hello forum, I have 22 years of age. I'm about to 5'8''y have a little stocky build around 165ish pounds. I want to shed Abdominal Fat and tone up a bit. I'm not looking to grow and get shredded, just more thin, above all, and secondly, to achieve a healthier fitter self. I have heard that running and high rep / lower weight is a good way to do this. Is that true? Also, what type of diet or eating habits do you recommend? "I can do this and still live plain lives have to pack salads and other things? And along the lines of operation, which would be better? A career go? A long and strenuous? Any words of wisdom and the facts or sources to back up definition get the best answer … any person selling a product or a Diet Plan … we really?
