What is interval training and is it really the Best Way To Burn Fat?
I have never used interval training but whenever i do cardio which is on a regular basis i simply keep the pace the same.
Is it true that interval training is like where you run and then sprint, run and then sprint, and keep repeating??
My brother is really into fitness etc. and he reckons that interval training is much better to burn fat than if you were to just keep the pace the same?
Is that true? and if so, why is this?

Interval trainning is definatly the way to go. Find something you can or like doing. Jogging, sprinting, swimming, bike riding, jump rope.etc. Then do it for as long as you can with this routine.
Start with a 5 min warm up then
Start with medium intensity for two minutes then
Begin with high intensity for 1 min
Repeat until you can’t do it anymore.
In the beginning you will only be able to do this for about 5 to 10 mins. You will get better at it.
Do it about 3 to 5 times per week.
