Burn Fat Build Muscle Women

Slim down exercises, not in bulk to you?

Are there any exercises to help you make it thin, not build muscle? I am one of the women who unfortunately build muscle very quickly, and I despise. I know that to lose weight is Diet And Exercise, but when I exercise I just bulk up muscle, and I look gross. I can not do push-ups for over a month without looking like I have no neck. Are there any exercises I should try Burning Fat, but do not produce as much muscle? I'm desperate, I know other people will see visible muscles, but I just do not like myself. If I I had my way I want to be thin, but no visible muscle.

Usually, you get thin by replacing their reserves of fat with muscle mass.
