Losing fat and building great muscle is more than just lifting weight and using muscle building supplements. Increasing your muscle mass is the best way to lose fat. Here are some tips for building muscle in order to lose fat.

 

-  Try to increase your protein intake, make sure that you are getting enough and high quality protein, through balanced diet or muscle building supplements or other protein rich food that are available to you easily. SO, in order to lose fat and build muscle, try to eat 1 to 1.4 gram of quality protein per kilo. of your lean body weight because without the proper protein intake, your muscles will not only stop growing, but you will lose muscle as well.

- Try to feed your muscle constantly. Muscles are always busy – even when you are at rest. Muscle requires protein for repairing themselves and also for building up new muscle tissues. Hence it is recommended to feed them, which requires the constant presence of protein.

 

- Try to include low-glycemic carbohydrates with your protein. If you are consuming nothing but protein, you are doing mistake that some newbie bodybuilders make, you will find that you aren’t building muscle. A well balanced diet is also essential. Therefore use carbohydrates as body fuel and protein for building muscle. Drink plenty of water in order to boost your metabolism which helps lose fat build muscle.

 

-Try to drink soy milk after workout or eat meal which is rich in protein immediately after your workouts. This meal should be eaten within 60 to 90 minutes of finishing your workout. Not only does this help your muscles to grow bigger, faster, it also helps them To Burn Fat heal faster.
