
Is this a good Diet Plan for me To Burn Fat and lean out?
I am 19 Male 5′10″ 220lbs and somebody i met in the gym gave me a diet plan that consists of a daily intake of
Protein -220 grams
Carbohydrates -550 grams
Fats -42 grams
Total Calories -3419
what do u guys think im new to fitness and nutrition so i would really appreciate all the help i can get thanks all.
have less quantity of food what ever you are having, for example if ur having 5 slices of bread for breakfast have 3. it has worked for me.
