
What are some good exercises Burn Fat?
I want to get into a good workout, but I'm not sure what exercises are good and which are not. I normally do crunches. Rates and some leg exercises like squats. Anybody know of some good exercises that really help me to feel the burn and see results?
Man I hate to say but the best excercise is running. , Ropeing Jump jogging, or anything that brings you "Out Of Breath "when done. If the outside encouragement means that doing the right amount of cardio. You shouldn't be beat red and breathless after your workout, then You know you did well.
