Muscle / Fat Burning, do not burn as fast, or does one burn faster than the other?
I'm not really interested in muscle gain, so please try not give me any training or Diet Plans or etc. I just want to know the science behind how it works and so on … I realize there would be many variables to this, but just give me a general idea.
