I've started Dieting, I now count my calories and I've been working twice a day every day lately i walk and run for about 30 minutes after lifting weights maybe 45 minutes. and I squats / throws / Abs for 20 minutes im scared of weight lifting making my fat into muscle and still is huge, because my legs seem to be getting bigger exercises weight-bearing leg. is that what you do? or not it really burn fat? Can you recommend some other way to burn thigh / Stomach Fat?
