Is it true you don’t Burn Fat until you’ve exercised for 45 min?
Is it true that you don’t burn any fat until you’ve exercised for 45 minutes? And out of all the weight that you lose… what percentage of it is Fat Loss?
I am 59. I am only 5 ft 1. I was weighing 175 lbs. I started walking on the treadmill for 20 to 30 minutes a day. I lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks. Then I added a Richard Simmons sweatin’ to the oldies dance workout of 25 minutes. Now, I do mostly just Simmons, 2 different ones twice a day. I have lost a total of 23 pounds so far. I love to dance. So that is the perfect excercize for me. And when I am on the treadmill, I read as I walk. You can lose even doing 20 minutes at a time, but also try to curb your eating even a little. Good Luck! I still have 20 more pounds to lose.
