Best Fat Burning routine at the gym?
What exercises can I do that will either burn off fat or turn the fat I have into muscle? I wouldn’t mind losing 15 lbs. or so but if I could turn those 15 into muscle that would be fine too. What specific things should I do…such as elliptical, treadmill, weights, different workout machines etc.
This gym has everything so whatever will help please let me know.

i do the elliptical because the treadmill is too hard for me but the elliptical pushes me without me gasping for air after a few minutes, so i think elliptical is best because it burns a lot of calories and is great cardio, i do that for 35-40 minutes then go on different machines to tone my arms, legs, and for stomach i use an exercise ball, everyone’s gym is different and you just have to experiment with different types of machines before you find which ones you like
