I want to Lose Weight Super Fast so I decided to make high Protien diet. I read something in the book "Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle "on the Protein Diet for three days and after eating carbohydrates in the room (cheat day) to prevent your body is accustomed to the way they are eating. How many carbs am I allowed to have in my day low carb? I would also take a Fat Burner to speed things up, what do you recommend?
