Will I regain weight after I stop taking a Fat Burner?
I wanted to start taking an all natural fat burner to lose about 30 pounds. My friends are taking them and the pounds are flyin off! After I stop taking them will I regain the weight? I have heard that it will slow down my metabolism once I stop but if I exercise 3 times a week and eat healthy will I bring my metabolism back up?
If you are exercising 3 times a week, nix the pills….You don’t need that. The 3 days a week is actually ideal to maintain/keep weight off and on top of that, you are eating right too. If you do decide to go with a fat burner go the natural route. Make sure it has Green Tea in it, which stimulates your metabolism! Good luck, you can do it!
