Can people give me some examples of what a good workout cardio is? I do a lot of exercises to tone my body, now you just need help losing Presentation. Im 12, 121 pouds, 5'5. I on particularly the need to Lose Fat in the legs. Everyone says cardio is the way forward … But I'm sad … I do not know what is cardio! Maybe someone just ell me some good plz cardio exercises?
