It is 18 years too young for the lemon detox diet?
My mom was there recently with great results. I weigh 134 pounds, 6''6 tall. My goal weight is 120 pounds. My mom says I'm too young and I need not go into it, I really want and I want detox my body, so not only for Weight Loss. would be wrong for me to go on the lemon detox diet?
WOW!? 120 would anorexia. I'm 5'6 "and 120 is the weight my doctor wants me. A golden rule for the weight of a woman (If you do not want to factor in construction of medium and large body types), or 100 pounds at 5 feet and 10 pounds for every inch over that.
