Hypoclycemic well and I have struggled with the Loss Weight. I found that by cutting back on carbs (do not go crazy about cutting though) helped a lot. I lost 50 pounds in the span of 6 months by reducing the carbohydrate carbon (cut a slice of bread a day, eliminating milk and pasta) and just walking a mile or two each day. I also found that I awoke in the middle of desire more night or sweet breads. It was killing me and it was something I had to work through. Now if I wake up I have a glass of water and go back to bed.
