Besides working out and eating healthy, are there any diet products that can help me lose 40lbs?

Eating a lot of protein is key. As much protein as you can get.
For Diet Pills, I would have to stay Xenadrine works well, but you have to be aware that it comes with potential health problems. Also, if you aren’t being active, you will become jittery just sitting around.
Alli is supposed to be the best thing for you (considering diet pills) because it only eliminates fat, but in that case you have to eat close to no fat to begin with otherwise you’ll have “treatment effects” that aren’t pretty.
