
What is a diet to follow for the great Loss Of Weight fast?
I'm trying to diet, and everything I tried was difficult path to follow. Does anyone have any suggestions on how and what should I eat? Or does anyone have a basic diet that I follow you're willing to share? Is there any Free Diet out there that are easy to follow? I'm trying to maintain muscle mass, but losing a large amount of fat as quickly as possible. Please help! Thanks!
The best answer: Basic diet consists of 3-4 days of eating these foods at every meal (4-5 meals a day): 4-5 ounces of fish, chicken, lean beef, Turkey 4 cups of vegetables from these guys (broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, Brussell Brussels sprouts, kale, spinach) – so are usually frozen and measure 4 cups total of any combination of them 1 tablespoon olive oil, seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, hot sauce, soy sauce – something without calories). No need to limit salt intake if you want to salt their food. The supplements are mainly: specially formulated blend of antioxidants specially formulated blend of high potency vitamins B-Ripwire branched-chain amino acids (much!) Several other esoteric supplements such as 7-Keto (I will go to those in detail at a later time). Then, every day the 4th or 4th my diet consists of (really!) Pancakes: Haagen-Daazs ice cream bars, Snickers Rice Donuts Pasta Pan Fill ice cream shakes with his imagination … quantities? As much as I could stuff in my body. I made an average of 6,500 calories in those days. Do not sounds good? It does not seem possible? It does not seem healthy?
