I am 13 years old and weight gain and let go so easily, but I'm out of my keys, so I will change and wanted to know what is good exercise and a diet plan that I could be maitain some weight and eat more healthy because I know it would look better …
Do not eat anything you know you should not, such as cake, candy and soft drinks. If you want something sweet, have free gum sugar. Daily exercise for 45-60 minutes. Be sure to do weight lifting too. Probably mostly lose inches, not being fought win bcuz muscle mass, which is good. Why do I get a "thumbs down"? It's good advice for people facing their things.
