The end of break Dr.Ian Fat Diet?
Has anyone tried this diet before? It seems pretty unhealthy to me. some days are as about 900 calories and then the burning of about 500. I did it for one day and found to be quite hungry after only fruit for lunch. So I guess my question is, Has anyone succeeded in this or just to gain weight?
Hi! If you really follow this plan it really works! The key is its fruit, as they have done all you want as vegetables. My first 2 days were hard because I was use to eating fast food or junk food, but this is a period detoxification. I've tried every diet imaginable and this is the only one that really works for me. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days, but I followed the plan without cheating, so do not cheat and I promise you will lose some weight. It worked so well I told my mom, sisters, aunts and cousins, but so far only one has had willpower like me and lost 10 pounds in his first 9 days. Hang … there is nothing wrong with this plan we all need to incorporate more fruits and vegetables, and as exercise in our diet. Also to let you know that I am back to eating regular food but not too much, I'll eat half a burger or fries and does not grasp an apple and I have not gained weight back. So go for it!
