Sagging skin and stretch marks After Extreme Weightloss. Help!?
I'm 21 years old in the last couple of months I was weighing 175 to 123. I'm 5'6 and I'm happy with the weight at the moment, but went directly to extreme Dieting with no exercise. Now I have a lot of excess skin and stretch marks arms, stomach and legs. Will I be able to lose all this excess skin without surgery? And with stretch marks which I now use cocoa butter mixed with a large vitamin E, but still very noticeable. Will this go away?
I was bariatric surgery myself so I know exactly what you're talking about. Since you are young, you may be able to fill some of the excess skin to the muscle (ie, training sessions), but you never get rid of it all without surgery. Stretch marks fade over time but never disappears. One product I recommend to look good in clothes is Spanx. Really work. http://www.spanx.com. Can be a bit disappointing to lose all that weight only to those crops other issues, but he is healthy and look better, without into account. Congratulations to you!
