
Easy tips for fast Weight Loss?
I have a dance competition coming this February, (two more in March and April while my dance recital is in June)
I think I’m currently 120 lbs-126 lbs, and I’m 5′1″
Yeah, yikes ):
I need some tips to help me loose some weight.
And get down to, maybe, around 110-115 lbs by next year.
At least before my recital.

practice portion control 80-90% of weight loss is based on calorie intake and not solely on excerise.
