Fast Weight Loss Excess Skin
Excess skin for someone young?

I just turned 18, and am currently around 235-240 pounds. I am loosing weight, kind of in a fast way due to a lot of exercise and i am not hungry anymore. Today i ate (will eat):

120 calorie Nutrition Bar
100 calorie tuna
cup of coffee – no idea
5-7 strawberries

Exercise:

biking for 3-5 miles
dance practice – extreme work out
muscle small workout

I want to be 180 pounds. so that’s about 60 pound Weight Loss. with muscle. I am going to do this over summer so like 2-3 months. I am worried that i will have huge amounts of excess skin, and the weight loss won’t be a silver bullet.

Any thoughts? I am still young…so hoping it will just balance it all out. I am about 5′11 and 240 looks rather “normal” on me. what r ur thoughts?

That’s not a sustainable amount of food.

I lost 90 lbs in 10 months also thru Diet And Exercise but that’s not enough food. You really need to increase caloric intake.

How?

Add:

One slice of whole grain bread in the AM, with an egg or peanut butter or a handful or two of almonds. Also – a bowl of oatmeal or cheerios could replace the bread.

One apple late AM.

Have the bar and the tuna for lunch.

As much fruit and vegetables as you want, all afternoon.

One non-fat yogurt at night.
