is it a good idea to use a product like hydroxycut along with regular exercise To Burn Fat?
i recently started working out regularly but found that while the muscle is building up slowly but surely, the fat is just hanging around! maybe i’m looking for results too quickly?
It usualy takes up to a month to see nice results ( my mom works at a gym). to lose the fat all you do is do longer reps, and lighter weights. to gain muscle you do the opposite. shorter reps, and heavyer weights.
