
How I can Lose Fat without losing weight?
I'm about 5'8 "150 pounds and I play football. I'm pretty fit and thin but I have some unwanted fat. I need to know a way to lose fat but not lose weight.

So basically, you want to build muscle. doing activities that build muscles Instead of more arobic activities. As muscle building, fat leaves. forms more muscle than fat, so it can be smaller and weigh more.
