
How should I exercise to Lose Fat?
I want to lose some fat around my stomach and buttocks are. I've adjusted my meals for get a nutritious diet every day. As for exercise, I run or walk? I've heard walking / running back helps the body's way of tone, but is that just a myth?
Well, you must go into the mill everyday TRED. I'm 11 and I'm going 2 miles per day. So I guess it depends on how old you so much he should go, I think that as 10-14 year olds must go 2 miles, 15-17 years old should go like 3-4 miles, and 18 + should be about 5 miles. My father is 43 and goes like 8 miles per day.
