"FBF Is that true?: O?

I just read this website about this Weight Loss book called "oven Fat Burning "it says there's no point in doing cardio exercises every day because they do nothing and you can shoot five times more fat doing 45 minutes of exercise per week. the book "Fat Burning Furnace" says you can lose 26 pounds in 7 weeks for not doing much is this true, I should try? and anyone give me advice on trying to lose weight because I do cardio almost every day and eat resonably well, but I do not seem to be losing weight thanks x

No I read this book. However, I read some others and do not think it necessary to do cardio every day. I also recommend doing intervals instead of state stationary. I found some information in large leanbodyfitnessarticles.info The articles are very good and a lot of help.
