
Does this sound like a good workout? You need help!?
Circuit training from Monday to Friday, to 30 minutes of moderate to high intensity cardio Sat and Sun. Circuit training is something like this: Circuit 1 – pushups, squats, jumps (1min) Circuit 2 – bench presses, lunges, jumps (1min) Circuit 3 – dives bank, leg press, jumps (1min) Circuit 4 – triceps extensions, jump rope (1 min), abdominal Circuit 5 – triceps kickbacks, jump Rope (1 minute), bicycle crunches 15reps for each year and each circuit twice. Does this help more with Fat Loss or muscle building? I do both, but my main goal is fat loss. Or should I stick to lifting weights and cardio training in separately? Many thanks for your help! I have 22 and I'm doing this for fitness, not training for any sport, etc.
Sounds good program, it tends to work more in cardio muscles. The only other thing I notice is that you train every day, how old ru, ru doing it for fitness or as part of training a sport. If not used to hard training (not an athlete for example) and you want to lose weight, this will make a lot of stress from your body. Usually is recomment have at least one day of rest between muscle groups. Good luck. ^ ^
