Fat Loss? Quickly? I need a good body of grade 8. Can anyone help me?!?
I really need to lose weight. Im Almost 13 and I weigh like, 170 pounds. I am very fat, and I get a lot done, I'm a slow runner and I just find a diet I can not fricken work, or not I have to pay. I want to be like, 120 for the 8 th grade. Please help me. and i dont want to starve myself doing this. Please put it in words that are easy to understand. Not like, AIM or something ..
well, first check all the things you eat. If you eat plenty of snacks, then you will never lose weight. Second eat good food, meat, vegetables, grains etc. But eating smaller portions. Then make sure you eat breakfast, most people do not and will not can understand why they can not lose weight. Your body needs food in the morning to start the process of metabolism. if you do not eat in the morning and your body has to what we can until we eat. then only the basic execerise if you can not run then, cycling, using the same amount of energy.
