
How can I target Fat Loss in my chest area?
I'm 5'6 ", 138 lbs. The rest of my body is slender and have a very low-fat muscle ratio .. but I can not seem to get rid of the breasts are stirred around my man! It's a teeny bit embarrassing as the rest of my body is pretty tight. All exercises will focus on fat loss in this area? Thank you!
