Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet Program: Any success?
I’ve been looking for a healthy eating plan and I found out about this diet program today called Fat Loss 4 Idiots. Although the name is a little degrading, I was wondering if anyone’s tried it and if it actually works. I know that it involves a personal Diet Plan, and even though it is personal, can someone give me a sample of what this diet told them to eat? I just want to get a feel for if this is worth forking out twenty dollars. Thanks!
