Ymca has recenty Iv'e memshp s. And I'm so so excited b / c I want to swim. Me want to lose fat and build mucsle. I am a girl, I have 13 years. Old 5'8 and 155 pounds is not very large but I would like to lose some fat and tone up (Exspecualy bikini season). I know I'll burn fat faster b / c I have 13 and my metabolism work faster. But anyway I would like know some tips.:] And please, if I'm going to be swimming for about 5-6 days a week. For a long time (30 hours minimum) will be okay to eat what I like from burning most of it off? I will not be scraped or eating out everyday.I do not eat unhealthy fast food and eat a lot. I'm 13 and do not want to be on a diet and doing focus on my weight and counting calories. I just want to be a normal teenager, happy, unconcerned about their weight.
Swimming is great exercise! Go for it! Look, you have a high metabolism because they are young. If you exercise a lot will not have to diet or anything. But everyone needs to eat more fruits and vegetables.
