
the loss of fat routines that worked for you?
I'm trying to lose those last five pounds of my body, but I can not seem to do it. patient has Weight Loss good and ill keep my plan for a week and then I lost and I have to start again. I was wondering if anyone had some routines that worked for them?
I try to keep it simple and change up on a weekly basis. Bike ride for 1 or 2 days, Run to 1 or 2 days. Even changing the area or location of my routine so I do not get bored. The intensity with weights or a weighted pak again when I run. Just stay away from soda, salt and try to limit sugar. I had a friend who was constantly working, but I could never lose that last 5-10 pounds … doctor planting was reduced by the fact that she loved soft drinks, once you leave that she lost 10.5 pounds.
