What are the negative aspects of a raw food diet?
I've read so much about the positive aspects of a raw food diet I wonder Were there any negative drawbacks? Has anyone had any experience with a raw food diet and not what results?
When say raw diet based on unprocessed and uncooked plant foods such as vegetables, seeds, grains, nuts, dried fruits, seaweeds, beans and more. enzymes aid in digestion and absorption of food, will be destroyed if a food is heated above 116 degrees F. In short, the kitchen will be reduced all the nutritional value of foods. So do not think the raw food diet have an adverse effect on our body. If you want to take a diet, you should eat foods raw, because at least 75% of The Diet must be must be living in premiums.
