Is Green Tea really better than regular tea…..can its cosumption aid in Weight Loss??
ive heard it on oprah….read it in magazines….neone here actually tried green tea?
Green tea is much healthier than regular tea, and if you can find it, white tea is even better.
I drink green tea all the time – I prefer the taste of it over regular black tea.
Green tea can help you lose weight, but it should not be relied upon as the only component of a weight loss regime.
