
healthy shake recipe?
I love shakes meal replacements at lunch and sometimes in the morning and I'm always moving. Does anyone know of a healthy smoothie recipe that promotes Weight Loss?? I read about the incorporation of whey and soy, so the most likely is that the addition of ingredients. I prefer the shake from under 300 to 350 calories. Basically I just want to get an idea of what other people are making smoothies. I also sometimes get confused on which part of everything I use for an actual recipe would be great!
Things you need: 2 cups of fruit fresh or frozen fruit slightly thawed 1 6-ounce container low-fat vanilla flavored yogurt 1 cup fruit juice, like orange, pineapple or apple juice 1 tablespoon honey or sugar, more or less to taste using an electric mixer or blender to conceive another drink. Choose your fruit. Example of a recipe: In my house we use a mixture of frozen berries and then added a banana, some orange juice, then mix.
