
How can I lose weight quickly? I just need a solution.?
I do not want to take Diet Pills, or something that I have to buy off of the internet. However, please do not waste my time or yours by explaining that it is only healthy to lose 2 pounds per week…I know that, but that is not exactly fast. I do exercise for an hour per day (tae bo and kickboxing) but what should I eat to maximize Weight Loss?
