
eating too healthy suddenly made me sick, now 2day ive only eaten oatmeal. im afraid im ruining my Weight Loss?
yesterday and the day before that i ate EXTREMELY healthy. it was a shock to my system and i was up all night using the bathroom. i felt nauseous when i woke up this morning and i fell asleep again until 1 P.M. the only thing ive had to eat today is some apples and cinnamon quaker instant oatmeal. if i just continue to eat healthy today, and just start fresh tomorrow, will i still lose weight?
i also work out everyday. today i have no energy though so im just going to walk around.

and 157-160 pounds.
This happened to me too. I got really dizzy and i just felt like i couldn’t eat or i would puke. But that went away later on in the day.
so if you can eat, still eat healthy.
And im 5′3 and was 157lb. I’m now 140lb. I lose about 2 pounds a week by eating less than 1400 calories a day and exercising. Just something i thought would help you.
Also livestrong.com has this thing that tells you the calories and serving size of about everything.
