I really need to lose much weight for the summer. after the summer I'm going to start eating healthier and taking more Weightloss slower and more sensitive. I'm trying to turn anorecxic or anything, just need To Lose Weight Fast in time is 4 weeks. What diet should I use? I have time to cook a lot of meals, so I need things quick filler.

This meal plan for 7 days can be used many times as you want. If followed correctly, will cleanse your system of impurities and give you a feeling of wellbeing. After only 7 days of this process, you begin to feel lighter by at least 10 pounds and possibly 17 pounds, and experience a lot of energy. SOUP: 1 or 2 cans of stewed tomatoes 3 plus large onions 1 large can of beef broth (no fat) 1 pkg. Lipton soup mix (chicken noodle) 1 bunch celery 2 cans green beans 2 lbs. Carrots 2 Green Peppers Season with salt, pepper curry, parsley, if desired, or bouillon, hot or Worcestershire sauce. Vegetables cut into small pieces and medium. Cover with water. Boil rapidly for 10 minutes. Reduce to simmer and continue cooking until vegetables are tender. This soup can be eaten anytime you are hungry during the week. Eating well as you want, whenever you want. This soup does not add calories. The more you eat, the more they will lose. You may want to fill a thermos in the morning if you will be away for the day. DRINKS: Unsweetened juices Tea (also herbal) Coffee Cranberry juice Skim milk Water, water, water DAY ONE Any fruit (except bananas). Melons and watermelons are lower in calories than most fruits. Eat only soup and fruit today. DAY TWO All vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed with fresh raw, cooked or canned. Try to eat green leafy vegetables and stay away from dried beans, peas or corn. Eat vegetables, along with the soup. At dinner tonight is rewarded with a big baked potato and butter. Do not eat fruits through today. DAY THREE Eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want. Do not have a baked potato. If you have eaten as above for three days and not cheating, you should find that it has lost 5.7 pounds. DAY FOUR Bananas and skim milk: Eat at least 3 bananas and drink as much milk as you can today, along with the soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates, such as milk, but on this day particular body will need potassium and carbohydrates. Proteins and calcium to reduce cravings for sweets. DAY FIVE meat and tomatoes: you can have 10 to 20 ounces of meat beef and a can of tomatoes or as many as 6 tomatoes on this day. Eat the soup at least once today. SIXTH DAY meat and vegetables, eat your taste for beef and vegetables today. 2.3 You may even steaks if you like, with leafy green vegetables, but no baked potato.
