Would herbalife be effective for me, if Im those kind of person that goes to gym and does bodybuilding?
As I know, from the plan of herbalife, you’re only allowed to take 1 normal meal and 2 replacement meals daily. But that’s not enough for me, that needed the energy for weight lifting
herbalife is not just a Weight Loss programme. it is a health supplement. so if you want to do bodybuilding, herbalife will be able to help you with it. the intake will be different however. taking one normal meal and 2 replacement meal is for Weight Loss Programme. for those who want to maintain their weight and health, they take one replacement meal and 2 normal meal. For those who want to gain weight, they take 3shakes and 3 normal meal. in your case, i dont know if you are trying to lose weight or to build your body. but if you want to build your body, you should take more protein with the formula one so that you can build more muscle. you should consult a herbalife expert first though.
