
immediate Weight Loss Help needed?
okay well if i jog for 60 min 5-6 times a week. follow a 1100 calorie intake diet with a little fat and fiber, for 4 weeks. how much weight do you think i will lose? im 5′2 ,15, and weigh 141. my goal weight is 125–130. any tips or anything would be helpfull.
Sweat it out. You’re not far from your goal. It doesn’t really matter how long or how much you jog. Get your heart rate up. You want to be at about 65-80% of your max. heart rate for at least 20 minutes. Lightly jogging does no good if you don’t sweat.Also build your bigger muscle groups, quads,delts,pecs,
The Diet could help but with only 1100 calories you might do more harm. you need good calories to keep you going.1600-1800 would be better. Just make sure that they are not coming from fat.Hope I could help
