
What are the side effects of the (natural) rapid Weight Loss?
I exercise every day for a month and now my doctor at the high end of Healthy Weight Loss, an average of 2lb/week not too bad. Had you lost that amount, without being able to understand the performance of their medical concern. Do you maintain a healthy food intake and balanced during this time? That is the only area I can see that cause a problem. However, I listen to your doctor though, obviously they have more information than us.
