
What is a good healthy Diet Weight loss?
I am sick and tired of all those fad Diets that makes me feel tired and Hungary. I would like lose about 5-10 pounds, I am a busy mom and do not eat well because I'm always in a hurry. I would like some advice about diet or eat Healthy Diet rountine. I got tired All Atkins dextox, and Slim-nothing works faster. Also, as thats later when my kids are in bed and my leisure time. When should I stop eating en .., how many times a week I exec. And meal plan. thanks
OMG! Please do not listen to that idiot, answerer 2. Only consume less 1,500 calories and exercising twice a week. Cardio is the best. Get a gym with free child care. All of them do. And if you have to go to Mc. Donalds, rather than get the Big Mac and large fries and drink, a small cheeseburger, small fries and small drink. This is what you eat. But it would be better to eat 3 healthy meals a day. Hope this helps! Good luck! And sorry, I do not know what time to eat at. I heard that not eating late makes you gain weight, but I'm not sure.
