LA Weightloss?
Has anyone tried this Diet Plan? If so, what do you think? I keep hearing all about these types of taking money from people, basically, by "shame" them into buying their supplements. A friend of mine has been there for 6 weeks and has lost more than 30 lbs. She said she has not had any problems with them trying to sell their wares. I thought it sounded weird. . .
A friend of mine used it, but won it all back and then some. It did not seem healthy to me. She ate almost nothing the first couple of weeks and then slowly introduce food. I was able to cut my parts, cut the fried foods and sodas, exercise more, eat well and not before bedtime. Since we can not afford to pay someone else to tell me what to do, is well aware that I must do something or to remain "at risk of overweight."
