Heres a list: Limes, lemons, grapefruit, tangerines, oranges, kiwi, watermelon, cabbage, carrots, apples, berries, skim milk, low fat yogurt, white (fresh), broccoli, lettuce, cauliflower, peppers, celery, spinach, tomato, cucumber, apricot, tangerine, blackberry, blackcurrant, peaches, plums, raspberries, grapefruit. rhubarb, guava, strawberry, honeydew melon, lemon. There are some others, but these are the ones that come to mind. 1 / 2 spoon (not sure if or tea table, srry) can burn around (is 1 / 2 pound a week?) Something like that.
