what is a good way to Loose Weight in 2 weeks?
im about 15 pounds over weight, and i want to loose it.
everytime i say i am, i end up not doing it. so is there a good, nice, easy way To Loose Weight in 2 weeks? with no pills, involved. Im not asking how to loose 15 pounds in 2 weeks, but what can make you loose a good amount in two weeks?
There is no healthy way to lose a “good amount” of weight in 2 weeks. The most a person should lose is 1-2 lbs per week, tops. You will just end up gaining it all back if you do it any other way.
