How can I Loose Weight healthy but fast?

I want to loose like, 10 to 15 pounds. I’m 5′5″ and weight about 140. I have a bit off a belly that I want to get rid of. I’m going away this summer and I really want to look good on the beach. Help?

Diet might help you loose the weight but it wont help you loose the belly.

Cut your caloric intake to about 1600 daily calories, and hit the gym with 40 minutes of cardio plus ab excercises.
